Why Lamb?

Lamb is a very good source of:

Protein and essential amino acids.

Zinc, which is important for a healthy immune function, for skin and wound healing and normal cell replication and differentiation, therefore maintaining healthy coat and skin. Zinc is necessary for metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and helps stabilize blood sugar levels and the body's metabolic rate.

Vitamen B12, this vitamin supports the formation of red blood cells and prevent anemia, it is also necessary for healthy nervous system.

Vitamen B3 (niacin), which provides protection against age related cognitive decline. Niacin is also necessary for healthy skin and gastro-intestinal tract. Lamb contains less saturated fat than other meat products. Just over 30% of the lamb fat is saturated; the rest is monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat, the "good fat."

Cereals (maize, rice, wheat bran), Lamb and lamb derivatives (25% Min.), Vegetable protein extract (maize gluten), Salt.
